David Gourevitch has a record of achieving successful results at trial or in settlements on favorable terms. His successes span the spectrum from early victories in pretrial motions, to jury trials, to appeals. He has tried multiple jury trials to verdict, including the six-week trial of the chief financial officer of a brokerage firm. He has experience in litigating white-collar cases, including securities fraud, money laundering and bank fraud, as well as trying bankruptcy and commercial and contract disputes.
